She graduated college in 1980 under the degree program of Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Management at Adamson University, Philippines.
Prior to that, she was enrolled at La Concordia College, Manila for the same course with Accountancy as her major.
To say the least, she had been educated in both majors which later on played a great deal in her profession when she first handled the family business and into the real world of competitive management by working for major entrepreneurial companies thereby gaining knowledge, experience and wisdom of the business world.
Having worked in the industry for a number of years with different managerial and supervisory posts to boot with and having solidified her stature in the industry, Mariloida Hernandez-Real now desires to give back to the community with her drive, her passion and her ability to help fellow Filipinos who aspires to dream big by formulating programs to alleviate their lives for the future.
Being the Chief-Executive-Officer of Ai Corporation, a Japan-based company with affiliates in the Philippines.
She plans to offer services to the emerging market in Japan and Philippines by providing consultation services and other areas of services such as training, consulting and legal employment opportunities available through a tie-up or partnership in Japan.
Since 2014, the vision and mission of Ai Corporation has been very succinct in the sense that it aims to provide better opportunities, financial freedom, and wellness for the Filipino
